New owners to take over at Murrayfield Cafe

Real Estate

Murrayfield Cafe is changing hands next week. After 15 year Mike and Adelle are signing off on Sunday. “We would like to thank everyone for their support. “We have met some wonderful people along our journey, married a lot of local families, fed a lot of the farming community and helped celebrate many wedding anniversaries and birthdays. “We will miss our regulars’ faces that we see on a weekly basis but will be local to say hello up town. “We wish Kushla and her family and Brigid all the best and look forward to being customers here.” Kushla and Brigid are very excited to be able to start this journey at Murrayfields, which reopens on July 30. “We would like to acknowledge the hard work that Adelle and Michael have put in to make Murrayfields what it is today. “Although we will be keeping all the customer favourites, we do have some exciting new ideas too that will be happening over the coming months. “We are relaunching the wedding venue as Wind in the Willows with a lovely rustic vibe, with plans to develop the garden over time. “In the cafe, we will be focussing on providing great customer service and value to every person with delicious seasonal food supplied from local producers and fair trade coffee served in a relaxed and friendly space. “We like to think, that our place, is your place. We open on Friday, July 30.”
